Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy digital products or services from Daynest. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Daynest. In these terms "we" and "us" means Daynest. To contact us, use our contact page.

2. What we sell

We sell digital products (Notion templates, e-books, Canva design packs, AI prompt bundles and bot kits) delivered by download link, and custom app services delivered under a separate written quote. Each product page describes the format, contents and plan options before you buy.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in USD on each product page. Prices exclude VAT or sales tax where applicable; any tax is shown at checkout.
• Payment is taken at checkout by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive an order number.

4. Delivery of digital products

Digital products are delivered immediately after payment through a download page, and the link is emailed to the address you provide. The link can be used 5 times within 30 days. Nothing is shipped physically. If a download fails, contact us and we will send a new link.

5. Immediate access and your right to cancel

At checkout you ask us to give you access to digital content immediately. If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you acknowledge that this means you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once the download is made available. This does not affect our voluntary 14-day refund policy or your rights if a product is faulty or not as described.

6. What each plan lets you do

Every digital product comes in up to three plans. The files are the same; the plan decides who may use them and how. You may edit and customise the files under every plan. Ownership of the products stays with Daynest.

• Starter: use in one business that you own or work for, by you and that business's staff. You may not share the files with other businesses, use them in work for clients, or resell them.
• Pro: use in any number of businesses you own, by up to 10 team members. Includes bonus files where the product has them. You may not use them in work for paying clients or resell them.
• Reseller: everything in Pro, plus you may customise, rebrand and deliver the product to unlimited paying clients as part of your own service. You may not sell or give away the original, unmodified files on their own, including in marketplaces or template shops.

Your right to use a product never expires unless the order is refunded, and it cannot be transferred to someone else. You can move to a higher plan at any time by paying the difference; use our contact page with your order number. We may end your right to use a product if it is used in breach of these rules.

7. Custom app services

Custom apps are provided under a written quote that sets out scope, price, delivery date and any monthly care plan. The quote and our refund policy apply to those services. Care plans can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use our products or services for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful, or share purchased files beyond what your plan allows.

9. Liability

We make our products with care, but they are provided as tools and guidance, not professional, legal or medical advice. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the date you bought.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where we are registered. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
